SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) defines the terms and conditions governing the transport and delivery of products purchased from Triaura Innovations Private Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) through the domain [www.unworn.in]. By placing an order for "UNWORN" products, you (“Customer”) agree to the logistics protocols and legal frameworks outlined below.

 


 

1. LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE & AGGREGATION

1.1. Third-Party Processing: We utilize Shiprocket (Bigfoot Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) as our primary logistics aggregator. By purchasing from our platform, you acknowledge and consent that your shipping data (Name, Address, Phone Number) will be processed by Shiprocket and assigned to one of their partner courier services (including but not limited to BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express).

1.2. Domestic Jurisdiction: Currently, UNWORN operates exclusively within the domestic territory of India. We do not provide international shipping through the standard checkout process at this time. All orders must have a valid Indian pin code.

2. THE "DROP" FULFILLMENT CYCLE

2.1. Limited Release Model: UNWORN operates on a limited-release "Drop" basis. Unlike standard e-commerce, the concentrated volume of orders during a drop requires specific processing phases.

2.2. Dispatch Timeline: Standard orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier partner within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

2.3. Pre-Order Clauses: If a specific collection is identified as a "Pre-Order," the shipping timeline will be explicitly stated on the product page. In such cases, the standard dispatch window is superseded by the date mentioned in the product description.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND REVENUE DISCLOSURE

3.1. Calculation Metrics: Shipping charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the shipment, the dimensions of the final packaging, and the destination’s zone-based classification.

3.2. Finality of Charges: All shipping costs are displayed transparently at the final checkout stage before the transaction is finalized via Razorpay.

3.3. Modification of Rates: The Company reserves the right to modify shipping rates for future drops without prior notice, based on fluctuating fuel surcharges or aggregator price adjustments.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1. Estimated Transit Times: General transit times range from 3 to 7 business days following dispatch.

4.2. No Time-Certain Guarantee: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are "estimates" only. Triaura Innovations is not legally liable for delays caused by the courier service, air traffic congestion, regional holidays, or administrative delays within the courier network.

4.3. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from "Acts of God," civil unrest, strikes, or government-mandated transit restrictions.

5. ORDER TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION

5.1. Digital Notification: Upon generation of the Air Waybill (AWB) via Shiprocket, an automated email and/or SMS notification containing the tracking link will be transmitted to the contact details provided.

5.2. Proactive Monitoring: It is the Customer's legal responsibility to monitor the tracking link provided. If a shipment remains in a "Stalled" or "Pending" status for more than 48 hours, the Customer is advised to contact support@unworn.in for intervention.

6. TRANSFER OF RISK AND PROOF OF DELIVERY

6.1. Risk of Loss: The Company’s legal liability for the physical condition and possession of the goods terminates the moment the courier marks the package as “Delivered” in their digital manifest.

6.2. Proof of Delivery (POD): In the event of a "Denial of Receipt" by a Customer, the GPS coordinates and the POD signature/OTP verification provided by the courier aggregator shall be considered the final, binding evidence of fulfillment.

6.3. Point of Delivery Security: Customers are responsible for the security of the delivery location. Triaura Innovations is not liable for theft or "porch piracy" occurring after a documented successful delivery.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

7.1. Customer Data Liability: The Customer must verify the shipping address before final payment. Triaura Innovations is not liable for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user.

7.2. Failure to Deliver: If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect/Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability after three (3) delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package The shipment will be marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO).
    7.3. RTO Recovery: In cases of RTO due to Customer error, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The Customer must pay a secondary shipping fee and an RTO processing charge to initiate a re-delivery.

8. PRODUCT INTEGRITY AND TAMPER PROTOCOLS

8.1. Secure Packaging: All UNWORN products are shipped in tamper-evident packaging.

8.2. Refusal of Damaged Goods: If a package appears compromised, opened, or significantly physically damaged at the time of delivery, the Customer must refuse to accept the delivery.

8.3. Evidence Requirement: To claim for missing items in a damaged package, the Customer must provide high-resolution photographs of the package before refusal. Accepting a damaged package waives the Customer's right to claim for transit-related damages or missing items.

9. CANCELLATIONS & SHIPMENT INTERCEPTION

9.1. Interception Policy: Once an order is moved to the "Fulfilled" or "Dispatched" status in our Shopify system, we cannot intercept, cancel, or redirect the shipment to a different address.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION WINDOW

10.1. Reporting Deadline: Claims for non-delivery or shipping errors must be reported to support@unworn.in within 10 days of the generated dispatch date. Failure to report within this window voids the Company's ability to file an insurance claim with the courier and results in the forfeiture of the Customer's claim.
