1. PREAMBLE AND LEGAL GOVERNANCE

This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the post-purchase relationship between Triaura Innovations Private Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and the consumer (“Customer,” “You”). Operating under the brand UNWORN, our business model is predicated on limited-edition releases (hereinafter referred to as “Drops”).

By engaging in a transaction on [www.unworn.in] (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that UNWORN products are produced in finite quantities with specialized manufacturing processes. Consequently, this Policy is designed to prioritize inventory integrity and brand exclusivity. This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

 


 

2. ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS

2.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

The "UNWORN" fulfillment ecosystem is highly automated to ensure rapid dispatch. As a result, the window for cancellation is extremely narrow.

  • The One-Hour Rule: Customers may request a cancellation only within one (1) hour of order placement.

  • Fulfillment Lock: Notwithstanding the one-hour rule, once an order status is updated to “Fulfilled,” “Packed,” or “Dispatched” within our Shopify/Shiprocket backend, no cancellation can be processed.

  • Submission Method: Cancellation requests must be formally submitted via email to support@unworn.in. The subject line must read: “URGENT: CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Order Number]”. Requests via social media platforms or telephonic channels are not legally recognized.

2.2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Triaura Innovations Private Limited reserves the unilateral right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Overselling: In the event of a system synchronization error where orders exceed available physical stock, we will cancel the excess orders.

  • Risk Mitigation: If our payment gateway (Razorpay) flags a transaction as "High Risk" or potentially fraudulent.

  • Incomplete Information: If the shipping address or contact details provided are insufficient for Shiprocket to generate a valid Air Waybill (AWB).

  • Resolution: In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 


 

3. THE "NO-RETURN" MANDATE

3.1. Final Sale Declaration

UNWORN does not accept returns. Due to the architectural nature of our garments and the exclusivity of our Drops, all sales processed through the Platform are final.

3.2. Exclusion of "Change of Mind"

We do not honor return requests based on:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the "oversized" fit (detailed measurements are provided on each product page).

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Aesthetic variations in the Puff Print texture, which is an organic result of the 3D expansion process.

  • Color variances resulting from different digital display calibrations (Mobile vs. Desktop).

3.3. Legal Basis for No-Returns

As a limited-edition streetwear label, our products fall under the category of goods that are not suitable for return due to their limited nature and the high risk of diminished value once removed from original "unworn" archives.

 


 

4. THE SIZE EXCHANGE EXCEPTION

4.1. Eligibility Criteria

Recognizing the importance of silhouette, we offer Size Exchanges as a singular exception to our no-return policy, provided:

  1. The requested replacement size is currently available in the UNWORN inventory.

  2. The request is initiated within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier.

  3. The garment remains in "Pristine Unworn Condition"—meaning it is unwashed, free of scents/perfumes, and retains all original branding tags and specialized packaging.

4.2. Exchange Logistics and Costs

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • Shipping the original garment back to our Hyderabad fulfillment center.

  • Paying the secondary shipping fee for the dispatch of the replacement size.

  • Ensuring the return shipment is tracked. The Company is not liable for items lost during a return transit.

 


 

5. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND DAMAGED GOODS

5.1. Quality Assurance

Triaura Innovations adheres to rigorous production standards. However, if a product is received with a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., structural seam failure or significant print misalignment):

  • You must report the defect to support@unworn.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The Unboxing Requirement: We strongly advise recording a continuous "Unboxing Video." This serves as the definitive evidence required to process a claim for defects or missing items.

5.2. Remediation

Upon verification of a defect, the Company will, at its discretion:

  1. Replace the item with an identical product (subject to stock).

  2. Issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.

 


 

6. REFUND DISBURSEMENT ARCHITECTURE

6.1. Disbursement Channel

All refunds are processed strictly through the original payment gateway (Razorpay). We cannot issue cash refunds or bank transfers to third-party accounts.

6.2. Reconciliation Timelines

  • Internal Processing: 24–48 hours from approval.

  • Banking Lag: 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your statement, as per standard Indian banking cycles.

6.3. RTO (Return to Origin) Deductions

If a shipment is returned to us due to an "Incorrect Address" or "Recipient Unavailable," and a refund is requested in lieu of re-shipping, the Company will deduct the original shipping and RTO processing fees from the final refund amount.

 


 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The total liability of Triaura Innovations Private Limited for any claim arising from a cancelled or returned order shall not exceed the actual price paid for the product. We are not liable for any consequential losses, such as missed events or "hype" value depreciation.
